The Drosophila Hydei is a classic among food animals! The large, dark, flightless fly with its red eyes is very productive and hatches after about three weeks at a temperature of 23°C. It is very popular with small reptiles and amphibians, such as dendrobates, young chameleons, and geckos.
Brood culture inoculated with about 50 breeding adults.
This product may suffer damage during transport, which we cannot assume, but which does not significantly affect fly cultivation.
