PENINSULA
- Shipping is free from 49 euros (except for delicate animals whose shipping cost will be 10.50 euros and 5.50 euros if they exceed those 49 euros, thus assuming on our part the proportional part of the economic shipping ).
- Shipments are made through MRW with express service indicating that it contains live animals.
- Shipping time is variable depending on the shipping method you select, for delicate insects the most urgent shipping is mandatory. Please note that sometimes the preparation of the order (depending on its nature) may take longer, remember that you are purchasing living beings.

BALEARICS
We ship all our products to the Balearic Islands except those in the biological control category (ladybug larvae and adult ladybugs IF we ship).
REST OF SPAIN
- We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla or the Canary Islands. If you want to send your transport agency, contact us.

REST OF THE WORLD
- Due to the nature of our "product", it is impossible to ship outside of Europe.
MERCHANDISE DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Example of an order placed on a Monday morning, before 2:00 p.m.
On the same Monday (if there is the possibility of preparing it, depending on its nature) in the afternoon we deliver it to the transport company and from Tuesday you receive it at your home, if you place the order on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, the order It will come out the following Monday.
- For orders of insects that are sent directly from the laboratory, the shipping time is 24 hours, but in some specific insects they are prepared to order, since they are insects that cannot be kept indefinitely in the laboratory and are prepared specifically for each client. The preparation time is usually a few days, sometimes it can take longer, but it is not usual. Live insects travel under very specific conditions. If the weather is not good, shipping is delayed for the time necessary to guarantee that they arrive in perfect condition.
- Orders that only contain seeds may be delayed up to 10 business days. If your order contains other items, we will consider making two shipments or holding the entire order until completed for shipment.
RETURN AND/OR REFUND POLICY
For live animals/seeds/food/or perishable products, we do not accept returns of any kind due to the nature of the “product” which lacks special conditions.
If at the time of receipt, either due to delay in shipping or for other reasons, they arrive in poor condition or you consider that there is a problem, contact us (at the time of receipt) we will deal with your particular case to find the best solution. If the product arrives in poor condition due to causes x or due to malpractice on the part of the transport company, we will take care of everything. For this, it is important that you are at home, if the transport company does not locate you and the delivery is delayed, it will be more delicate to be able to manage a solution because the fundamental thing is to be aware of the reception.
In order to assess a reshipment of the products and claim what happened to the transport company, we need in all cases graphic material such as photographs or videos (recorded at the time of receipt) that can graphically demonstrate what happened.
For products that are not animals, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 business days after receiving the order.
If you receive any of our products and for any reason decide to return it, it is essential that everything is in perfect condition. If so, we will refund 100% of the amount you paid per product.
Our goal is for you to be happy with our products and we work hard for this. If unfortunately this is not the case, we will refund you and listen attentively to the reason to continue improving.
Under no circumstances can we be responsible for the shipping costs involved in both shipping and returning the product or its packaging costs, since it cannot be used for another customer. This amount will be deducted from the refund you receive.
We are at your disposal so that you can ask us any question related to our products, in this way you will know everything about them before making the purchase, and thus avoid those expenses that may result in a return.
We remind you that all product photos are completely real and are as shown, with the measurements described in each product sheet and taking into account that the color on a screen may vary slightly.
The photographs shown of plants or animals are logically ours but generic, each plant will have its particular shape and each animal its small differences. We do not send photos of the animals due to our company's ethical policy.
