

Dynastes hercules occidentalis, one of the largest rhinoceros beetles in the world, they say the strongest animal in the world. The larva becomes huge and well fed can give specimens of more than 15cm (males).
The larva feeds on cellulose obtained from decomposing wood, while the adult stage feeds on fruits.
